"Rick and his staff are amazing! I went in after injuring my back and finding out I have some bulging discs in my lower back. On the first day, I could barely bend forward at all and sitting in a 90 degree position was very painful. Throughout my time here, I have been able to strengthen the muscles in my core and legs to better support my back and I have seen so much progress. Rick helped me understand the science and mechanics behind my back pain and what would help it instead of hurting it. Lauren is Rick's wonderful assistant who helped me feel comfortable as I did the workouts, and Emma is a fantastic receptionist who always has a smile on her face no matter what. I'm grateful for their kindness and help in healing and understanding my body better. Thanks again for everything!:)"

"I'm finishing up my first week of PT, 04/04/2025, after total knee replacement on 03/13/2025. I can only say that Rick and Emma do an amazing job. Immediatly can feel the passion in their work. My range of motion is improving leaps and bounds. I was warned that PT would bring agony and tears, only to have neither so far in my experience. Rick is truly a patient and caring professional and would recommend he and Emma when you need them."

"I've only been to physical therapists a few times in my life, mostly because the ones I've been to really didn't pay attention to me and what I was capable of handling. I always quit because the experience was really unpleasant. That is definitely NOT the case with Rick. He's a wonderful guy in general, and also pays such close attention to what you're saying and what you can handle. He's very calm and gentle, and also confident. I can't believe it, but I look forward to going to my appointments, and the work that he is doing with me has already made a significant improvement in my dizziness. I also feel like I should mention that I'm 70 years old, and I think Rick really gets that older people aren't necessarily up for doing all of the work that younger people can do. Also, since this practice is new , there aren't terrible long wait times to be able to be seen. (Rick has a lot of experience, but he just went out on his own recently). I'm so glad that I found this practice- it's made a huge improvement in my life."
